Following your initial consultation Frank Solda will come to your home to finalize pool details and book a construction date for your project. At this point a minimal deposit will be made and the design process gets under way.

Your project has officially begun!
Each project begins with a detailed landscape design, providing you with a two-dimensional, topographical view of what your backyard paradise will look like after construction is complete. From the inception of the design process, Frank Solda works directly with the client to review the homeowner’s needs and incorporate them into an initial concept plan. The plan is then further developed by our in-house design team, an experienced horticulturalist and a talented landscape designer, to ensure the client’s unique vision and practical needs are met. From beautiful garden beds and stretches of grass to the perfect surrounding patio and stonework, our experts are committed to creating a stunning landscape.

In order to obtain a pool legally in Ontario, your local municipality will have set by-laws and regulations that dictate pool location and ensure that certain safety standards are adhered to. Thankfully our design team will handle all the permit paperwork for you, ensuring that your pool meets the requirements and is a safe environment for your family and your neighbours.
Once you have had an oppurtunity to review your initial concept design, an on-site layout meeting will be scheduled with Frank Solda. This comprehensive meeting will assist you in making final desicions prior to the pool excavation. Once excavation begins, your project is officially under way.

Once the pool area has been excavated it is time for the pool shell to be poured. Whether you have chosen a concrete or vinyl pool, you can be assured that your pool will be constructed with the upmost care and precision by our talented crews and the supervision of the Solda’s.

Once the pool shell has been poured, we are prepared to landscape the rest of your property. This includes the expertise of Peter, Andrew and Nick who will personally assist in the installation of any concrete, interlock or flagstone decking, masonry etc. ensuring its quality and craftsmanship throughout the entire project.
With a talented carpentry staff, cabanas, pergolas and other shade structures can be custom made to suit your individual preferences.
Nearing project completion, our highly trained staff includes certified gas fitters and electricians that will assist in all pool equipment installations, ensuring their quality and efficiency. Once we have ensured the proper working order of the equipment, fencing can be installed, ensuring the safety of your Solda pool.
The final step of the project is selecting quality plant material and night lighting to put the finishing touches on your new backyard. Regardless if you have a green thumb or not, with the assistance of our design professionals, we can create a beautifully tailored planting design bringing colour and life into your space.
