 Our pool was constructed in 1997 by Solda Pools Ltd. Solda offers a full service package and they did the complete installation of the pool equipment, decking and Cabana, including gardens and sodding, and all were completed to our satisfaction.
During the following years we have enjoyed our summers by the pool and when service was required, it was done promptly and well.
The staff at Solda has always shown us courteous, prompt and efficient service. The information we have received was always helpful and the weekly water test has given our pool a longer life and kept our pool perfectly balanced. The opening and closing of the pool has always gone well and made our life easy. Our partnership with Solda has made our pool experience a positive one and we happily recommend their services to our friends and acquaintances.

We were very impressed with the work you did for us last fall; we would like to share our experiences with any of your future customers who may ask for a recommendation.
In the summer of 2009, we decided to concrete our 400’ driveway and lay down 2 patios and a walkway in exposed aggregate with colored concrete.
Solda Pools were contacted about doing the job because of the very high, excellent profile your company his in the concrete industry. Concrete, although a very durable, green, environmentally friendly product needs expert handling in order to ensure the correct mix designs, additives, retarders used to ensure a life long result.
Solda’s reputation in the industry ensured the knowledge and expertise were very much a part of your organization. This was very evident in the service, quality and workmanship we received throughout the whole project. From our first meeting with you to discuss what we were looking for Solda were excellent and extremely easy to work with. You had lots of great ideas and were always quick to point out any concerns that you had with our ideas. Never pushy... always listening.
We booked the project with Solda and were given a start date 3 months out. The trucks and crews arrived precisely on the day you said the job would start. The crews came everyday and we were amazed at the speed the job was done! The work site was left each night in a very tidy, safe manner. The job was completed exactly within the 7 days you had advised, two months earlier. And during the week, the weather was not the best with rain and cool temperatures. That did not delay the crews or create any delays with Solda.
The most impressive feat to us….one night during construction, heavy rains came. You got up in the middle of the night, drive from your home to our place over 20 miles away, removed 400’ of poly film from the concrete driveway to ensure the heavy rain did not pool and create hollows in the driveway. What a superior level of customer service. And when the job was completed, the invoice arrived at exactly the same price as quoted... no over charges... no extras.
Since the job was completed we have thoroughly enjoyed our new driveway and patios. Everyone who has been here since last fall have commented on what a magnificent job was done.
For anyone contemplating a pool, hard landscaping, concrete patios or driveways, we would recommend only 1 company... Solda Pools. The level of service, dedication and first class workmanship cannot be matched by anyone.

...It is with tremendous gratitude that I commend Solda Pools for the ease with which they installed my pool. Like most conscientious consumers I shopped around for the "right" company to dig up my back yard. Some believed that yard too small. Others wanted to sell me on ideas that were not my own. With Solda, the experience could not have been less painless. As a family-run enterprise, they choose not to sub-contract. This means that they have their names and reputation on every step of the operation. Ideas were presented. Questions were asked. Recommendations were made, and concerns were heard. At the end of the day the decisions about my pool remained mine, but perspectives were broadened thanks to the insights and patience of Solda Pools.
Each stage of the process was handled by a different Solda brother, each as equally adept at his function as the other, and at the end of the day I could not have been happier with the final product. In many ways they treated my family and I with kid gloves as they held our hand through that first season and beyond. In fact, a spiral staircase on which I sought information was ordered and installed with ease and beauty greater than I could ever have imagined. What most impressed me most, however, was the after-service. A neighbour of mine chose to have his fence colour treated. The company he hired opted to use a spray-gun that penetrated both wood fence, coating my deck and pool. Astounded and irate, I did the only thing i knew to do: I called Solda and a crew of men was cleaning up the mess within three hours. I firmly believe that service like this can only be provided by companies who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in keeping them happy.
